中国航空油料集团公司（简称“中国航油”）成立于2002年10月11日，是以原中国航空油料总公司为基础组建的国有大型航空运输服务保障企业，是国内最大的集航空油品采购、运输、储存、检测、销售、加注为一体的航油供应商。中国航油也是国务院授权的投资机构和国家控股公司试点企业，是国务院国资委管理的中央企业。
　　中国航油拥有海内外企业11个，员工近万人。
　　公司构建了遍布全国的航油销售网络和完备的油品配送体系，在全国140多个机场拥有供油设施。拥有专用卸油码头15个，1000多公里的输油管线和约100公里的铁路专用线，40余艘油轮，近百座地面加油站，总储油能力200余万立方米。中国航油已正式加入国际航空运输协会、国际航煤联合检查集团、美国试验和材料协会、英国石油协会、美国石油协会等多个影响显著的国际组织，具备制定国际航油市场标准的资格。

Established on 11 October 2002, China National Aviation Fuel Group Corporation (“CNAF”) is a large state-owned air transportation logistics service provider in the PRC. It was established through the restructuring of its predecessor, China Aviation Oil Supply Corporation. CNAF is the largest integrated jet fuel supplier in the PRC, providing jet fuel procurement, transportation, storage, inspection, sales and refuelling services. It is a central State-owned enterprise (“SOE”) directly under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (“SASAC”) and is a pilot state holding enterprise approved by SASAC to carry out state-authorised investments.
CNAF holds investments in 11 companies within and outside the PRC, having about 10,000 employees.
CNAF has an extensive nation-wide jet fuel sales network and oil products distribution system. It has jet fuel supply facilities at more than 140 airports across China. Assets owned by CNAF also include 15 dedicated discharge terminals, more than 1000 km of pipelines, about 100 km of dedicated railway tracks, over 40 oil tankers, nearly 100 petrol kiosks and total oil storage capacity of over 2 million cubic metres. CNAF is a registered member of several major international organisations, such as the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Joint Inspection Group (JIG) and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and is qualified of setting the standards for the international jet fuel industry.
CNAF has sustained a strong growth momentum. It was ranked the 52nd position among the Top 500 Chinese Enterprises announced by China Enterprise Confederation in 2009.
